Gulf of Slides Ski Tour

Here we're at the base of the biggest gully in the Gulf, Gully Number 1. We're standing in the middle of a big avalanche run out zone. A few years ago a huge avalanche cleared out all the trees in this spot. To the south are the south snow fields and our route of ascent.
